Finally, after 15 years, they admit that Isaac built a marker somewhere before he was found and taken to the Sprawl. I’ve been waiting for that since… If they redo the entire series, they should take the burnt meatloaf that was DS3 out of the equation and instead focus on the hunt that the Church and what’s left of EarthGov would then carry out in search of the planet where Isaac built it. Which is a perfect opportunity to turn Isaac into the enemy - vessel for the hive mind who is acting through the marker he built. Then, play it through Ellie’s perspective, who would eventually have to choose between maintaining loyalty to Isaac and destroying him because her goal all along was to eradicate the Markers. It could be a multiple choice ending scenario. In any case, excited to see if there will be more. At least DS2, which has always been my absolute favorite installment. I know they will make it so amazing, I was really impressed with DS1 redo…
